Lessons from drawing:

Dance monkey dance.

Life is in a constant dance of 2 steps forward and 1 step back. (Those steps are not always the same size, mind you.)

So just know that when you move forward, a little backstepping is natural. And maybe even necessary to give us the push we need to keep going.

Sometimes the moving needs to be slow and sometimes quick.

Sometimes we make them from a place of strength and power. And sometimes it feels like we’re being dragged, barely hanging on.

Whatever your steps are looking like right now, is ok. You got this, whether it feels like it or not. ♥
